“Malvern East Rules!” reviewed by Soren P.

Moved here recently and am loving it. Cannot believe how convenient this suburb is to Bayside and also to Eastern suburbs. Chadstone shopping is a major attraction for me and the kids. Well worth every penny since I have great neighbours and the streets are mostly gentrified. Get in if you can because it is a great spot to live.

“Sensational” reviewed by Easy M.

Spot of gold. Pockets are rejuvenating. Chadstone is a dream just around the corner. Facilities and parks galore. Easy access to the East, beachside burbs and the CBD only 12 kms away. Hard to get in, even when you think property prices have dropped. Lots of semi-detached houses are being built. Original standard blocks of land split in half with contemporary semi-detached houses will be asking $1.5m to $2m. Full standard blocks of land with a new house or refurbed house will cost anything from $2m to $3m.

“Leafy Gardeny Breezy Suburb” reviewed by Ricardo M.

Love the amenities around Malvern East. Love that it’s close to Chaddy and a bunch of homemaker hubs. Love the access to various good local schools. Love the greenery and the friendly neighbours. Lots to eat around here when you get onto Ubereats and Foodora.
